		<description>Dual core CPUs can only be utilized effeciently in programs that are intended to utilize them. Most programs will only utilize one of the 2 cores effeciently which is why clockspeed frequencies are just as important today as dual core. Though in the future more programs will become dual core compatable. XP can utilize 2 cores but Vista utilizes them more effeciently thus making your computer in general faster. Multitasking is more based on RAM than it is processing power the more RAM you have the more programs you can use at one time, thats not to say a CPU doesnt have anything to do with it though.

(PS. It is still spelled Dual Core, Core Duo is Intels' specific brand of Dual Core processors)</description>
