The codec is the way the video is compressed, so when using Quicktime you have a choice of codec which you can use to encode your movies with and this includes H.264.

If you want to talk real techy:

320 X 240 is called QVGA or Quarter VGA - this is also popular for mobile devices

640 X 480 used to be the standard resolution for PC monitors in the 1990s, but is now a common display resolution for PDAs.

This blog post explores exactly what a Web Video Player Script is. If you are looking for a script then you are likely to be looking for some software that runs on your websites. An example is JW Player. These scripts run on your website and…

allow you to play video in the users browser. There are many website video players but the core features are mostly the same:

ability to play video

ability to use different skin/themes

Some players provide additional functionality (mostly paid for) such as the ability to display ads and also interact with other websites such as facebook etc.

The ability to display ads is good (if you need it) but the core functionality is the embeding of the player in your website or blog.

So in a nutshell a web video player script is software that allows you to embed a video player in your website so that your website visitors can watch your videos!

The city that Im in have WiMAX and VPN tecnology, what band width I need to have enough good video transfer, and which tecnology is the best?

And if you help me to now, how can I calculate a video transfer rate for example if I have a one megapixel web cam, you gave me great pleasure…

Admin:
It all depends on the quality of the video……less quality needs less bandwidth

There are a lot of links in the chain so the answer is….it depends…..but probably not as much as you think!

How do you make or start an online video website like youtube?

Video sharing refers to websites or software where users can distribute their videos. Some services may charge, but the large majority of them offer free services. Many services have options for private sharing and other publication options. Video sharing services can be classified into several categories, among them: user generated video sharing websites, video sharing platform / white label providers and web based video editing.

User generated sites mostly offer free services whereby users can upload video clips and share it with the masses. Many sites place restrictions on the file size, duration, subject matter and format of the uploaded video file. Most sites don’t allow nudity, though each site makes judgment calls on what qualifies as inappropriate content. Some sites also flag adult material to keep it out of their public pool of content. Some sites screen all their content before it is published and others approve first and use community features to filter out inappropriate content “after-the-fact.”
